Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) is an advanced cryptographic technique that enables computations to be performed directly on encrypted data, without needing to decrypt it first. This means sensitive information remains protected throughout the entire process, even while being analyzed or processed by third parties. FHE is especially valuable for privacy-preserving applications, such as secure cloud computing and confidential data analysis, as it ensures that data confidentiality is maintained at all times. Although FHE is computationally intensive and still evolving, it represents a significant step forward in protecting data privacy in digital environments.
