Antifragile is a concept introduced by Nassim Nicholas Taleb to describe systems that not only withstand shocks, stress, or volatility but actually improve or grow stronger because of them. In cybersecurity, an antifragile system adapts and evolves in response to attacks, learning from threats and incidents to enhance its defenses over time. Unlike fragile systems that break under pressure or robust systems that merely resist change, antifragile systems benefit from disorder, making them more resilient and adaptive in the face of evolving cyber threats.
